Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner is willing to resolve the dispute amicably subject to the willingness of the respondent no. 2, who is original complainant in a case under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. In view thereof, the learned Magistrate is directed to recall the order of issuance of the non-bailable warrant against the petitioner. The learned Magistrate shall take all necessary steps to see that the dispute is resolved amicably.
