This Court by an order dated 27th July, 2017 had adjourned both these petitions on 21st August, 2017, giving the following directions :- "4.

As the Apex Court has given liberty to first respondent in W.P. No.12537 / 2015 to file application for correction of the decree within a period of four weeks from 14.07.2017 and status quo is ordered to be maintained as of that date i.e. Uday S. Jagtap

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1A to 1E in Writ Petition No.12537 of 2015 states that in consequence of the above order dated 27th July, 2017, an Application being Application No.0005387 of 2017 has been filed on 9th August, 2017 for correction of the decree within the stipulated time. The compliance as directed by the order dated 27th July, 2017 has been reported.
