This is a second application seeking enlargement on bail. The earlier application was argued at length and then upon instructions, it was withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody for more than 11 months and, therefore, he prays for enlargement on bail. It is also submitted that the applicant would abide by the conditions imposed upon him. However, upon taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to allow the application. 3.
