Mr. Lawate, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of Petitioner who is personally present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the Petition, with a request to expedite the proceeding before the Agricultural Lands Tribunal in reference made in pursuance of the impugned order dated 16 April 2016.

This Writ Petition is pending since the year 2016 and on account of ad interim order dated 29 June 2016, the impugned order dated 16 April 2016 has been stayed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Tribunal constituted under the provisions of the 1/2
