The parties have settled their disputes. Consent terms are tendered. These are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. They are signed by the Applicant and by the Constituted Attorney of the Respondent/Trust as also by their respective Advocates.

The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. I am satisfied satisfy that they have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intention. The Signatories are personally present in the Court. 20th November 2017

Annexed to the consent terms is a leave and licence agreement. Parties before me are agree that should there be any conflict between the provisions of the consent terms, and, in particular, the provisions of clause (8) on the one hand, and the terms of leave and licence agreement (a the draft of which is annexed to these consent terms) on the other, then the provisions in the consent terms will prevail.

The Consent Terms provide that the Respondent may withdraw the compensation that has been deposited by the Applicant in this Court, which is up to October 2017. The Respondent agrees to waive the deposit for the month of November 2017.

Civil Revision Application is disposed off in these terms with no order as to costs.
