Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to condition that the Applicant deposits the entire decretal amount with interest in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today. 3.

The Respondents are at liberty to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the Court on filing an undertaking in this Court that if the Appeal is allowed then the Respondents will bring back the said amount as per further directions of this Court.
