In view of this statement, at this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing this Petition. He seeks liberty to revive his prayer if the suit is not decided expeditiously. 4.

The request is reasonable. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty.

The Writ Petition and all the companion applications are disposed of accordingly.
