Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the praecipe filed in this Court. It is submitted that in the present Petition, the Petitioner has challenged a show cause notice dated 7th October, 2020. According to learned Counsel, during the pendency of the Petition vide Communication dated 20th September, 2021 the Petitioner has been dismissed from the service. Considering this fact, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in the backdrop of this fact prays for withdrawal of the Rekha Patil 1/2

2/2 45-WP-6617-2021.doc Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the Communication dated 20th September, 2021. The prayer for withdrawal of the Petitioner is allowed with liberty as prayed for.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
