By this application, the applicant has sought to direct the respondent to deposit arrears of maintenance from the month of January, 2018 as per the judgment and order dated 30th June, 2016 passed in Civil Application No.315 of 2013. The learned Counsel for the applicant fairly concedes that during pendency of this application the respondent has paid the arrears till the month of November, 2018.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent may be directed to deposit the maintenance amount in the savings account No.32899423130 with State Bank of India, having branch at HDFC Complex, Chinchwad Pune. 3.

The respondent is therefore directed to deposit the maintenance in the savings account of the applicant every month as per the judgment and order dated 30th June, 2016. 4.
