This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of sole Appellant on record.

It is stated that, the sole Appellant i.e. Shri Umakant N. Govardhan passed away on 10th January 2020 i.e. after passing of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 7th January 2019 and before filing of present Appeal.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment in the application for condonation of delay, Second Appeal and application for stay be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
