For the reasons stated in paragraph No. 7 of this application, the application is allowed and the order dated 16th July 2021, dismissing the B.A. No. 2728 of 2021 for want of prosecution is recalled and the aforesaid bail application is restored back to its file.

admission' on 13th October 2021.
