Considering this aspect, the instant Petition can also be disposed of by issuing the directions as similar to those already issued by this Court on 12.07.2018. Hence, the order:

O R D E R

(i) The Petition stands dismissed on the ground of locus. (ii) It is clarified that the individual land holders, if they so desire, are entitled to challenge the acquisition proceedings, which shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. (iii) No order as to costs.
