The above Petition takes exception to the orders concerning the mutation entries effected in respect of the lands in question. The last order is the order of the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, Government of Maharashtra dated 1-6-2014. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners points out that a Civil Suit being Regular Civil Suit No.349 of 2012 has been filed and is pending between the parties before the Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Sinnar, District Nashik. The said Suit is based on title it would be therefore in the said Suit that the rights of the parties would be decided. Hence it is not necessary to interdict with the orders passed by the Revenue Authorities in respect of the mutation entries. By clarifying that the Civil Suit would decide the rights between the parties, the above Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
