It is the contention of the petitioner that, the petitioner was not the borrower. As such the proceedings initiated against him are not maintainable. The Learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, as well as, the Learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal upon appreciation of the

We see no merit to invoke our extra-ordinary jurisdiction so as to interfere in the concurrent findings of facts. The writ petition is rejected.
