Mr. Keluskar states that petitioner Nandkumar Dattatray Uplenchwar is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of his Aadhar Card which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, Mr. Keluskar seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that the parties have settled dispute out of the Court. 2.
