The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is not pressing this civil application. However, it may be clarified that the amount deposited by the applicant in terms of the order dated 2nd May 2018 will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. He states that the applicant is willing to deposit the amount event today. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, we dispose of this civil application by passing the following order:

SKN 2/2 1200.18-caw (i) The civil application is disposed of as not pressed; (ii) The time to deposit the amount in terms of clause-2 of the order dated 2nd May 2018 is extended by one week from today;

(iii) Needless to add that the deposit of amount by the applicant shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and subject to final outcome of the writ petition.
