Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire decretal amount has been deposited before the learned Trial Court. Part of the compensation amount has also allowed to be withdrawn by the claimant and rest of the balance amount was directed to be invested in FDR account in any nationalized bank. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the stay application alive for further process. 2.
