As per the order dated 28th November, 2016 a communication has been issued by the Registry to the Petitioner informing him about the date fixed today. That is the endorsement made on the farad sheet. Paragraph 1 of the Petition records that the Petitioner is an Advocate.

Perused prayers (a) and (b) which are the substantive prayers. Both these prayers cannot be sought in a criminal PIL. The prayer for taking action in criminal law is made only by way of interim relief. Hence, we decline to entertain this criminal PIL. The same is accordingly disposed of.
