Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

In the order dated 11th December 2021, the consent terms were taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. The matter was, however, directed to be placed before the Regular Court as the legal representatives were to be brought on record. 3.

The respondent Nos.1-A Seshnath Rajbhar and respondent no.1-B-Mrs. Saroj Seshnath Rajbhar are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof.

The appeal, thus, stands allowed in accordance with the Consent Terms ("X").

The impugned award stands modifed in accordance with the Consent Terms ("X").

7.

Award be drawn accordingly.

8.

Court fees refund, if any, be made as per Rules. 9.

Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal.

10.

The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with Clause 2 of the Consent Terms ("X"). 11.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
