By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1331 of 2015 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Family Court, Pune to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, Latur.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:
(i) The parties shall conduct the proceedings through video conferencing.
(ii) The parties shall be allowed to file their written statements and lead evidence.
KPPNair -2- (iii) Both the parties shall not seek adjournments and shall proceed with the matter on the given dates. The Court shall also not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.
