The challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 07 June 2022 passed by the Minister-Cooperation, Government of Maharashtra rejecting Petitioner's Revision under section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The Revision was filed by the Petitioner challenging order dated 08 November 2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar by which the order passed on 07 September 2021 by the Deputy Registrar sanctioning scheme of amalgamation has been set aside and the proceedings are remanded to the Deputy Registrar for fresh enquiry. It appears that Petitioner has not produced order dated 1/2

Kishor 35 wp 13572 of 22.as.doc 08 November 2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar which was the subject matter of challenge in Revision filed before the Minister. 2.

Be that as it may, the Divisional Joint Registrar has merely remanded proceedings for fresh enquiry to the Deputy Registrar. Remand order was passed on 08 November 2021 and by now period of almost two long years has expired. The Minister Cooperation has proceeded to reject the Petitioner's Revision Application by order dated 07 June 2022. Since the proceedings are merely remanded for fresh enquiry by the Deputy Registrar, no interference is warranted by this Court in the impugned order. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
