This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. 2.

Advocate Ms.Mallika Sharma submitted that, as a matter of fact the Applicant has already submitted documents of sureties before the Trial Court, however the process of verification of the same is yet to be completed. She therefore prayed that, the said period to furnish sureties as was directed by Order dated 23rd March 2022 in Interim Application No. 805 of 2022 may be extended by eight weeks from today.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by eight weeks from today. 4.
