1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.161/2015 registered with Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) The applicant in ABA No.917/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2.The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the copy of the amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
