DATE: NOVEMBER 22, 2021 P.C.:- 1] On August 27, 2018, Applicant was apprehended in Crime No.I181 of 2018 registered with Koparkhairne Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Prosecution case against the Applicant is, while working as an employee of the Firm, false promises were made on behalf of the Firm about overseas employment and illegal gratification was received. I am informed that other co-accused are already released on bail. 3] As far as role attributed to the Applicant is concerned, cash of Rs 1 lakhs was seized from custody of the Applicant. Applicant was handling front-office of the Company in the capacity of Manager and during investigation nothing incriminating viz amount involved in the crime was recovered from the Applicant. Even witnesses have not named the Applicant with the role of actual participation and promotion of scheme of the Company, resulting into offence in question. That being so, Application stands allowed. 4] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.
I-181 of 2018 registered with Koparkhairne Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the trial regularly, failing which Court below will be at liberty to take out proceedings for cancellation of bail of the Applicant. Applicant, while furnishing bail bonds, will also furnish his contact numbers and also place of abode during trial.
