The above Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction that the Investigating Agency be directed to submit a charge-sheet in respect of the FIR which has been registered in the year 2015. The learned APP Mrs. Prajakta P Shinde tenders a report dated 05/07/2018 of Shri C M Yadav - Assistant Police Inspector, Vartaknagar Police Station, Thane in which report in the concluding part it is mentioned that a report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code would be filed by the Investigating Agency. In view thereof it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. It would always be open for the Petitioner to take appropriate recourse before the Trial Court against the filing of the said report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
