The above Writ Petition is filed inter alia seeking a direction to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to delete the entry of reservation for the project affected person from other rights column of the 7/12 extract of land bearing Gat No.794/1,Village Otur, Tal-Junner having a total area of 1H 94R within the jurisdiction of the Pune District.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner stated that during the pendency of this Petition, the entry of reservation has infact been deleted. She, therefore, NOVEMBER 30, 2023 Aswale

4.WP.11551.22.DOC submitted that the Writ Petition is worked out and nothing would survive in the above Writ Petition. She, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the same.
