The petition is filed by the wife challenging recalling of interim maintenance granted by the learned Family Court. She states that now the petition has been fixed for judgment. 2.

In that view of the matter, she, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise issue of quantum of maintenance.

It is made clear that withdrawal of challenge to the impugned orders dated 28th June 2021 and 6th December, 2021 shall not influence the learned Family Judge while deciding the petition finally on merits.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
