This is an application for change in the appointed Advocate, preferred by the appellant through jail. The appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC and sentenced to suffer RI for ten years. As he asked for the appointment of the Advocate one Shri Abhaykumar Apte to espouse his cause, office to make necessary appointment for defence of the applicant/appellant in the appeal. Accordingly present application through jail is allowed and disposed of. Present order be communicated to the applicant through concerned jail authorities.
