By the impugned order dated 5-5-2016 the Petitioner is restrained from entering into the house of the father of the Respondent, no exception could be taken to the impugned order having regard to the settled position in law as regards the entitlement of the spouse to stay in the house owned by the in-laws. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt such proceedings as are available in law against the Respondent claiming residence or compensation in lieu of residence. If any such proceedings are filed, needless to state that the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the impugned order dated 5-5-2016.
