1] The petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the Tribunal. By the said order, the Tribunal has granted interim stay to the transfer of the respondents. It appears that the O.As are kept for hearing on 1st July 2016 i.e. tomorrow.

2] We are of the view that these petitions can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Tribunal to decide the O.As expeditiously and if possible within two weeks.

3] All contentions of all parties are kept open. 4] Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
