Inspite of the order passed by this Court on 09.04.2018, the learned Appellate Authority has refused to hear the interim application on the ground that the Respondent had shown readiness to argue the matter. This order cannot be interfered by this Court in the Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable. Applicant is entitled to pursue the appropriate remedy against the said order passed by the learned Appellate Authority.
