At the outset it has been stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the notices impugned in this Petition have been withdrawn by the Respondents-State. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, now in terms of the earlier orders passed by this Court from time to time the Respondents-State has to disburse the ex-gratia amount.

The Respondents-State has filed its reply vide affidavit dated 24th April, 2015.

Having gone through the same, we find that the Competent Authority is seized over the matter and is processing the payment of ex-gratia amount as directed by this Court in the earlier order. In the circumstances, we are of the view that nothing survives in this Petition.

However, it is observed that the Respondents-State to expedite the payment ex-gratia amount as per earlier order. 6.

In view of this, the Petition stands disposed of. 7.

As a result, the Civil Application for intervention also stands disposed of.
