Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the aforesaid application was filed for a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 60th Court at Borivali, Mumbai, to pass appropriate orders on the complaint (complaint No. SW/196/2021) filed by the applicants. He submits that during the pendency of the application, the learned Magistrate has passed appropriate orders on the said complaint and as such, the application is rendered infructuous.
