Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondents have without obtaining any permission proceeded to erect/install a transformer on land bearing Survey No.93, Hissa No.1 Village-Kausa, Tal. & Dist. Thane. The Petitioner in this regard has addressed a representation to the Respondents on 04/05/2022 calling upon them to shift the said transformer at some other place. Since this representation has not been decided, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

We find that the interest of justice would be served by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's Representation Dated 1/2

14-WP-9374-22.doc Rameshwar Dilwale 04/05/2022 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of receipt of copy of this order. The decision taken to be communicated to the Petitioner. In case, the Petitioner is not satisfied with the decision taken on the said representation, he is free to take such steps as permissible in law. With aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
