Present application is on behalf of the appellant No.1 - Yogesh Suresh Patil, whose appeal along with other appellant Nos.2 and 3, is already admitted and he is on bail in the matter of conviction under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. He was sentenced to suffer RI for one year and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-. His appeal was already admitted vide order dated 14.1.2015. When he was granted bail during pendency of the appeal, he was directed to attend the trial Court once in six months on the date specified by the concerned Court and upon failure to attend on two consecutive dates the concerned Court shall inform the High Court forthwith and take appropriate 1 / 2

53.APPA.735-15.doc action. This was the condition No.(iv) in the final order granting bail. Now the applicant No.1 had preferred application for relaxation of said condition on the ground that he want to go out of India to visit USA to complete his service commitments. In the application it is mentioned that he want to go to USA and travel for the period of one year from1st July, 2015 to 30th June, 2016.

Considering this request on behalf of the appellant No.1, the condition No.(iv), which is mentioned above is relaxed for the period of one year from today i.e. till 10th July, 2016, to the extent of appellant/applicant No.1 only. During this period the applicant/appellant No.1 Yogesh Suresh Patil is permitted to visit out of India and to travel in USA. Prior to leaving India, the applicant No.1 shall furnish his detailed contact address and contact telephone number /email ID to the concerned investigating agency. It is made clear that, said condition No.(iv) in the order dated 14th January, 2015 stands relaxed to the extent of applicant/appellant No.1 only. Application is disposed of accordingly.
