RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally, by consent of learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the representations of the petitioners shall be decided in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time by respondent nos.2 and 3. 3.
Accordingly, we pass the following order :- (i) All the Petitions are partly allowed.
(ii) Respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to decide the representations of the petitioners in all these petitions in terms of the circular dated 28 th June 2018 and in accordance with the applicable law as early as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. All the petitions are disposed of.
