Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant. Officer from the concerned Police Station is present.

None of the learned A.P.P.s attached to this Court are present. It is told that Learned A.P.P. Shri Dedhia and Shri Agarkar have gone to Mantralaya for their interview.

The Applicant is one of the Accused in C.R. No. 162 of 2023 registered under Sections 307, 326, 452, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"].

Anticipatory bail is asked for due to several reasons. One is all 1/3

the weapons are seized from the arrested Accused persons and that is observed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge while granting a regular bail to Co-accused persons. Furthermore, there is counter FIR bearing C.R. No. 161 of 2023 registered with the same Police Station under Sections 141, 143, 146, 323, 504, 506 of IPC. It is lodged by one of the Co-accused Bhausaheb Mansing Shinde. Whereas, one Deepak Yalmar is injured.

Furthermore, it is contended that this Applicant has sent one whats-app message to the Police thereby informing them to send further police force as there is likelihood of quarrel. The FirstInformant has also visited the Police Station. Photographs are obtained as per the Right to Information Act (Page No.44). 6.

Case for protection is made out. Hence, order :-

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In case of an arrest in connection with C.R. No. 162 of 2023 registered with Vaduj Police Station - Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 452, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 506 of IPC, the Applicant - Prashant Popat Jadhav be released on furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.15,000/-.

(iii) Applicant is directed to give attendance to Vaduj 2/3

Police Station - Satara on first and third Thursday from 10.00 to 12.00 noon until further orders. (iv) Applicant not to threaten the Prosecution witnesses or to allure them in any manner.

Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
