Sudhir Rane 2/2 38-8658-14 is not in existence and hence, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though he called upon the petitioner for instructions, the Petitioner has not responded.

Considering the fact that, the PetitionerSociety is not in existence, the Petition itself is not maintainable. Hence, the same stands rejected.
