This is an application for seeking permission to travel abroad. It is submitted that the applicant is an actor and television artist and he requires to travel abroad regularly. Presently, he requires to go to Spain and Portugal for Standup comedy for a period of one month from 12 July, 2017 to 12 August, 2017 2.

The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27th April, 2016. While granting bail there was a condition imposed that the applicant shall not abscond or leave India without prior permission of the Court.

The applicant had thereafter preferred an application seeking permission to travel to Riyadh (Soudi Arabia). He was permitted to travel vide order dated 24th January, 2017.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, and the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant can be permitted to travel abroad as prayed by him.

: : ORDER ::

(i) Application No. 531 of 2017 in BA No.755 of 2016 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is allowed to travel to Spain and Portugal for a period of one month from 12th July, 2017 to 12th August, 2017.

(iii) The condition is relaxed till 12th August, 2017. (iv) The applicant shall give itinerary and also the details of his travel to the police.

(v) The applicant shall appear before Valiv Police Station, Vasai, Palghar on 14th August, 2017.

(vi) Application is disposed of.
