2] Parties are in agreement that on the next date of hearing, they shall not take any adjournment in whatsoever form and shall work out the Notices of Motion filed by the Defendants under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
3] In view of above, all these four Petitions stand disposed of in terms of the Order dated 11th October, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.6738 of 2019. Needless to clarify that Notices of Motion which are taken out by the Defendants shall be decided by the Civil Court as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, not later than six weeks from the date of appearance of the parties, as they have assured that they shall not be seeking any adjournment and shall workout the matter on the next date.
