This writ petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the concerned Superintendent of Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai to look into the contents of the letter dated 04.03.2013 written by the petitioner to the Dean of Sir J. J. Group of Hospital and Medical College, Sir J. J. road, Mumbai and take appropriate decision.

Since the grievance relates back to the year 2013, we hope and expect that the concerned Authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with the law, if grievance of the petitioner has not already been redressed, with these directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
