Learned counsel for the Appellant states that pursuant to the order dated 25/07/2022 the Appellant has deposited sum of Rs.1,56,40,289/- before the Claims Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the Appellant is still liable to deposit an amount of Rs.6,47,602/-. Issue relating to the payment of the balance amount will be considered on merits. Since the Appellant has already deposited major part of the compensation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal. 1/2
