The office note reveals that as the subject matter of the suit is valued at Rs.15,00,000/- i.e. below Rs.1,00,00,000/-. In view of the enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, the appeal is required to be sent to the District Court for disposal in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for both the parties then submit the Consent Terms on record to advance the submission that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. However, it is submitted that both the parties are not present before the Court and hence, only the Consent Terms be taken on record and for the purpose of verification and for passing the order, the matter may be sent to the District Court, Pune. The Registry is directed to send the record and proceedings of the appeal along with the Consent Terms to the District Court, Pune.
