1) At the outset, learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Inspector attached to Indapur Police Station, Pune (Rural), submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed chargesheet on 29th June 2019 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Indapur, District Pune.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, both the Petitions are disposed off.
