By this First Appeal, the Appellant, Original Claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 23rd February, 2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Jaysingpur in MACP No. 69 of 2012 rejecting the claim petition. 4.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order:

ORDER

(a) Admit.

(b) Printing is dispensed with.

(c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from Tikam 1/2
