Both the Counsels for the parties inform the Court that final arguments are over on 1st June 2023. The Arbitral Tribunal comprising of three arbitrators requires an extension of time to deliver the award. There is no request of the learned Arbitral Tribunal for extension of time on record. However, the parties have jointly requested for extension of time for passing of the award. 2.

I have heard both the Counsels and gone through the record and proceedings.

I deem it necessary and expedient in the interest of justice that time be extended for a period of seven months from the date of 3rd October 2023
