By this interim application, the applicant who is not party to the Writ Petition No.2235 of 2021, seeks recall of modification of the order dated 3rd July 2021 and seeks impleadment in the writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant invited our attention to the paragraphs 3 and 6 of the order passed by this Court on 3rd July 2021 thereby disposing of the writ petition filed by the Society. 3.

In the said Writ Petition No.2235 of 2021, this Court has not recorded any finding as to whether the applicant in this interim
