It is not in dispute that Appeal ATA No.1006(9) of 2016 was already posted for orders on May 17, 2019 and this Court while dealing with the impugned order at the behest of the applicant has ordered no coercive steps in section 7A proceedings under the Provident Fund Act, 1952.

The Appellate Tribunal is expected to decide the said appeal by June 30, 2019. Till then, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner as ordered earlier.
