Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.5.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that though his land is acquired and compensation is paid to him, he has not been given benefit under 12.5% scheme.

In the above circumstances, we direct CIDCO to treat this Petition as representation/application of the petitioner and N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

17-wp-7966-2016 decide the same independently on its own merits and as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of this order. 4.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the respondent No.5 shall decide the said representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
