Mr. Rayrikar invited my attention to order dated 29th April, 1998 passed by this Court. While admitting Writ Petition, this Court directed the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune to proceed with hearing of Scheme Application No. 4 of 1997 and dispose of the said application early.

Upon taking instructions, Mr. Rayrikar submits that Scheme Application was decided on 3rd May, 2000. He submits that the petition challenges order dated 5th August, 1997 passed below Exhibit 19, 24 and 30. As Scheme Application itself is disposed of, this petition is rendered infructuous. 4.

In view of the fact that in pursuance of order dated 29th April, 1998 passed by this Court, Deputy Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune has disposed of Scheme Application No.4 of 1997, this Writ Petition rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs reserving liberty to the petitioners to file review petition, if so advised. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
